Glass Boys SERVICE full of CRACKS .. Dave

Am disgusted in the service I received from Dave and his team at Glass Boys
in Kyalami, his quick to take your money but makes empty promises, Dave you forget business goes
up and down, and when its down you will need everybody you can get for the bills

1) Paid for my glass on the Sunday
2) He said it would be ready Monday
3) Tuesday Morning I step in
4) He apologises my glass not ready
5) N.B "Promised" he would drop it off the Tuesday afternoon
6) Tuesday afternoon I phone, they say they working late tonight and would cut it
7) Wednesday morning I phone, they never cut the glass, had another excuse!
8) An hour after that they only let me know my glass is ready.
9) Dave wouldn't even bother about this complaint, expressing my point makes me feel better!

All this delay, me phoning them, they don't even phone the customer
to update them, I still had to pick up my glass, given to me all "dirty".
Dave doesn't feel anything for the customer, no apology, no discount, no delivery, WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD!
I hope many more people read this complaint and it causes you to loose business because your business STINKS! One WORD for it!

Kyalami Glass the better option!
