Upgrading of cellphone contract

I called on mtn swellenmark mall swellendam on tuesday 10thSeptember at 5pm to upgrade my contract i had a problem with my current phone which fell in the water .i was there tuesday wednesday afternoon and again wednesday after work i am very unhappy with the service i received wrong information given and none of the 3 consultants able to guide me on how to operate this new phone after going away for the weekend and very frustrated i returned on monday 16september advising them that i want to return the phone due to them not being able to assist they advised me it is a new phone and they also do not know there was no booklet The Consult promised me the previous week she would download info from internet and let me have it that she still did not do and said she did not have time yet i now asked them that i no longer want the phone i was told i have to buy out of the contract after advising more than three times i do not want to buy out of she told me i will have to pay R5169 to go out of contract i phoned the customer line and complained to the Area Manager and said that she will phone me today but did"nt. I'm not happy with the Contract and benefits so i want to cancel it
