Money being deducted from my account

My booking number is 671873753. i booked a car on the 14th of December and returned it on the 17th of December. They took R2 578.27 from my account and then on the 17th they took R641.64 from my account without contacting me or my authorisation. to me that is day light. Why would they take money from my account without my approval. i never extended my booking for the car.
when i went to confirm today at the braamfontein office i spoke to a lady called Mpumi who gave me an attitude that she does not care. she even told me that they were going to take another R1 544.78 from my cheque account.
I am really disappointed. i have paid Avis their money already and i need my money back. their service is really poor. i will neva recommend anyone to rent an Avis car.
i want my money deposited back into my account today.
