Transfer drivers are crazy

I myself are not a client of europcar, however I work at la lanseria as an aircraft engineer.
Traveling in and out of lanseria daily, I am amazed how the drivers that move the cars around
Such as taking them to be cleaned and back to the parking. As well as taking the cars to be filled
At the petrol station!!! These guys are lunatics!!! (not even sure if they have licenses)
Yesterday (05-06-2013) a driver came past me (I was doing 100kph in the left lane. Speed limit
Is 80) like I was looking for parking. He must have been doing 160-180 and wait for it there was two
Of them!!! I was amazed at how these two had no regard for anyone's safety, and this is not the first time!!! The way that they abuse company property is above me!!! When I stopped at the petrol station they were both there in europcar uniform having a "fat chat and a laugh". This behaviour is unacceptable and is only a matter of time until someone is injured or killed!!! No jokes something needs to be done about this as I experience this daily!
