My business uses a different company, but we decided to experiment with Europcar. On Sunday a warning light appears. There is no manual in the car so I phoned (I don't know what the light is for). No amount of pleading and explaining could get Europcar to show the slightest interest at all. I was put through to Jonas who can't look the warning light up and then someone else called me back, also incapable of assisting. I was a few kilometres from my last meeting before I needed to drive (after the meeting) the 50 kilometres back to the airport and return the car. The only assistance available was exchanging the car at the airport. Of no help whatsoever. On return in Cape Town I looked the warning light up and it were low tyre pressure. How is it possible that nobody at Europcar could do that? I'll rather stick with people that might know the cars they rent out. Sadly on trying to provide feedback Monday I was answered with a total no care attitude.
