Insane Overcharge by EuropCar - PATHETIC

I rented a car from Europcar for less than 24 hours. The car was a Toyota Etios (Suppose to be in the same league as an i20, but it is a lot worse). Initially I was over billed (total of R3200), for 2 additional days. After complaining I got the 2 days removed from the bill. I however only received an additional R1100 back.

Thus doing simple math, hiring a pathetic Etios for less than 24 hours cost me R2100. This is INSANE. After the Europcar employee informed me it would cost no more than R700 for less than 24 hours.

I cannot believe that a company like Europcar has fallen to such a pathetic level of service delivery. I use to only use Europcar for all my rental requirements. After this absolute disaster and daylight by them I am utterly disgusted.
