WORST Customer Service ever!

I drove from Paarl to Cape Town International airport on Sunday 20 JAnuary 2013 to book a car as I was on my way to JHB (Lanseria). I was advised to go to Europcar as my flight has been with Kulula.

I dealt with Wesley Petersen who called the Europcar branch at Lanseria and spoke to someone called LAwrence at the Lanseria branch.
Wesley assured us that there would be no problem and we need to go to Lawrence and pick the car up at 6pm on Monday 21 January2013.

That said, I was in a completely new city but assured of a car that would ensure my safety (as opposed to a taxi) right? WRONG!

Get to Lanseria only to find out that Wesley Petersend booked the car for Cape Town International. I FLEW FROM CAPE TOWN!

and there are now no more cars left for 2 females stranded in a strange (dangerous) city that they don't know.

On the phone between CT and JHB branch (my airtime) only to be told after 45minutes: " SORRY, UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE NO CARS" all the while showing no remorse because there wives & kids are home safe

What kind of service is this?

THIS IS UTTERLY PATHETIC AND I DON'T ADVISE ANYBODY TO USE THEM.

Thankfully, BUDGET came to our rescure and were very efficient
