The attitude of our service station attendants is worse than appalling it is absolutely atrocious. When you require fuel please do not use a Sasol garage and especially one owened buy new South Africans. The reason being that they know everything about your car and if you ask them to take care of the car and while filling the car to please hole the pump head while in the car because it has a tendancy to jump out of the petrol cap hole if not attended while filling the tank. After asking three times for the extreamly rude attendant Erick Ncube to please hold the nossel while filling the car Im told that he does not need to hold the nossel because he knowes what he is doing and I as the ownes of the car know nothing about putting petrol in a car. At 62 years of age I think I have filled a few petrol tanks in my life and this thing that the attendants leave the nossel unattended while filling you car is not somthing that is taught at pump school or whatever they call it. As a fleet owner im now banning my drivers from uesing Sasol Garages. As for the assistant manager Mr Chopdat I think the first part
of his name is very applicable and Erick Ncube should find other employment.
