Committed fraught to claim from insurance

AA quality autobody have the audacity to claim and got paid by my insurance for repairs when my car has not been completed.

I brought my car in in January where my car stood by them for 2 months without doing anything. I was stranded and had huge expenses due to car rental.

When I asked M & F walking centre to followup, I was told that you received the wrong parts.

After asking you to please supply me with my car while waiting for the parts the battery was completely dead. I had to Purchas a new battery as you have damaged my battery due to electrical wiring done incorrectly.

It has been 11 months in which you could not get the parts. They don't have any clue as to what is happening at you repair centre. Every time someone pone me to find out if I am happy with my repairs I tell them that my car has not been completed. They will get back to me and nothing. No feedback nothing.
