BAD service delivery & unethical business

Kempston Motors (Knysna) took my vehicle to PG Glass to refit new rubber in back window. They did so but week later it came loose again. Vehicle went back, they kept it for TWO days just to glue rubber again. Vehicle came back & next day I saw a black tar-like mark on it and two screws missing from beading. Cleaned it off with paraffin just to find dent underneath. Tar-like mark was actually mastic which they used to install window rubber. Took it back, they said to take it to Star Panelbeaters to have it fixed for their account and back to Kempston for the screws. Did so but when the account needed payment they refused and now said they didnt damage it. SO IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO PG GLASS, KNYSNA... BE CAREFUL
