My vehicle is in for repairs. Insurance company released vehicle to Silverstar Autobody shop without consulting me. Accident occurred 2013/02/13. Released to Silverstar Autobody on 2013/02/28. I called numerous occasions to obtain feedback as to when the vehicle would be ready. Every time I CALLED I was informed "waiting for parts". 13/03/15 I visited their premises was informed parts arrived! They committed to give feedback every Tuesday. 13/03/19 I received feedback, after that no communication. I called them numerous occasions after that and could never get hold of any person that could give me feedback. Left messages for a manager to call me and was promised that Redwan would call me. But no one did. Then spoke to Rudolf. He committed to give feedback and would ensure delivery takes place on 13/04/17. I followed up on 16th, no one available again. Feedback scheduled for 17th. On the 17th I called no one available. Eventually I spoke to Sharise. Now they are waiting for the correct radiator!!! If they checked the parts surely they would have known while busy with body repairs!!! Called today 18 April. No one available!!! Is this called service delivery!!!
