URGENT item sent on Friday 6th Dec to be delivered Monday 9 Dec 10:30 door. Track and Trace on their web lists item as being in Pretoria. The call centre operator says a "mistake" was made and it would be rectified. To date item is still missing in action and their lines are so busy after 10min of holding you automatically get cut off. Track and trace still lists item as being in Pretoria. This is most frustrating and they are a company who doesn't respond! This only means that their service is so shoddy they have far too many complaints to respond too.
