I was very impressed at the speedy resolution of an issue we had getting a product we ordered from the Woolworths Online site delivered. Family oversees ordered a Christmas gift off the online site, then asked if we had received it. We hadn't, so we called the call centre, who were able to see that a mistake had been made and the product was never dispatched from the distribution centre. Unfortunately by this point, the item was no longer in stock. A representative from online contacted us soon after, and we were offered an immediate refund, or the option for them to track down stock of the item. We chose the latter, and the item was delivered no problem. I was very impressed at the efficiency of the service, and the fact our rep (Sheena) kept track of the process, right up to the point it was finally delivered to our door. Furthermore, dealing with customer services was easy. We really appreciate the level of service. Well done Woolies!
