Pathetic servive

Less than a month (25/11/13) ago iv'd applied for vechile finance at Renault Paarl for a car priced at R105.174.44 excl vat.
sent (25/11/13) all my documentation as per their request was phoned back by a lady in the finance department and that was the only time i heard from her.
a day after my application iv'd mail Shawn the salesman request the outcome of my application to know whether i was successful or not but never got back to me at all.

Yesterday (09/12/13) iv'd mail Shawn again to file a complaint to them but never communicate to me at all in anyway... its been two and a half weeks since my application... its very bad...

im very disapointed in their poor pathetic service... would not recommend any one to apply for car finance at them.
