No Record of Item entering country

A USPS package departed the US on the 15th August according to the USPS who I have called, upon calling the track & trace department they said they have said no record of the item entering the country, I contacted the supplier of the item, ebay and USPS and they all confirm that the item left the states on the 15th and is most likely held up in customs, can someone contact me with the local tracking number as I need the item ASAP as such a long wait is unacceptable, especially since the item has arrived in the country
USPS tracking number will be listed in the ID number field of the form
