Shocking way they do business

Spent a month sending them forms for them to apply for finance through their finance department. Dont worry about the car, lets get finance first they say. We cant bring the car to show you, in fact we cant even meet you half way. Then they need business documents, then they need personal documents. Eventually i did my own online application through a bank today, got approved in minutes and phoned them to seal the deal. They had sold the car to someone else even while their finance lady is still phoning me to arrange finance. It's because you never gave us a deposit says Devon! Can i offer you another car? Yes Devon, can i have a 10 ton truck so i can ride you over?
