Clearwater BMW service shocking

My car went in for a service at your Clearwater branch on the West Rand on Tuesday. I was 6200km's over my service due to unforeseen circumstances as well as my own stupidity.

I was told by Janine, that BMW SA wanted to cancel my motor plan because of the fact that I did not take my car in for the service in time.

My car has 78000 km's on and I planned to trade it in January 2014 for a new BMW.

She "gladly" informed me that she persuaded BMW SA NOT to cancel my motor plan. Why telling me this then in the first place?

Please give me the reasons why BMW SA would treat their customers in this manner especially after a track record of 14 years and 5x BMW's. (To be verified with BMW finance via CC's names).

I am paying for the "damaged" caused by me for going over my service to the value of R3900 yet the report from the technician stated clearly no damage and no oil sludge. I also think her service was shocking by over promising and under delivering regarding the time of completion - she confirmed Tuesday that my car will be ready Wed 10h00, I got there 15h00 and waited until 17h10.

I think our company will reconsider buying another BMW.
