High Mileage, NO hooter & lamp, breach of contract

I went to WOZANI because I trusted the company based on my experience in Pietermaritzburg. In Kempton Park I was given an old car without a hooter nor a lamp, high mileage. I took the car as complainingly and I made them aware, i was rushing to another province. I got the car changed on a weekend...(disturbing my trip.!!) The car they changed me into was 'better' but had NO functional CD player... thou I was told it was working... As the exchange happened over the rain, there was no much time to check the car of the CD player, the guy assured me it was working. I used the car for the whole month. Took it back without any dents while it was in my posession... Now, I have had to wait for my refund deposit for more than the maximum 12 days which they stipulated. The refund date expired on the 4th December 2013. As I write the mail.. I have not received neither an apology for the delay, nor an update the processing of my deposit... I find their service appalling and disgusting. I mean I gave these people business & spent R11000 odd to hire a car from the 15th Oc tober - 15 November 2013!! IF YOU NEED A NO DEPOSIT CAR RENTAL MY ADVICE TO YOU IS: TRY OTHER INSTITUTIONS
