Security money not yet paid since 2009

Hello I hired a golf in Wozani car rental in April 2009 and i paid R1500 for security but until today i never get that money back, when i called them i was always sent to pillar to post several times< and i even went there personally and again promised to sort it out up until today, and the last time Freddy told me to come on friday and i went there, and they told me that hes out of office i ask them is he is the only person to help me, i didnt get the answer so i dont know waht to do now, whether to expose him to speak out and newspapers i dont know its been 4 years now ther no is 0113948827 and managers number is 0826679335
