Hi booked my car in for a service on monday and requested they please rotate my tyres. I was told that I would be charged for it by the lady who answered the call. I was Absolutely flabbergasted and annoyed as my other cars dealership does it without even thinking. Anyway. I took my car in on the tuesday as it needed its service, jacques was the service advisor, be was efficient and on Top of his game. I asked why I would be charged for rotating my tyers, his reply was simple. Dont worry, well do it. Awesome. Thats someone who knows what his clients need and want. A few more people like that and the world would be a better place. Thanks guys youll see me at 30000km for sure.
