On Tuesday i went to the dealer and advised my had a fault i need it to be checked out. i know the process you need to make a booking of which on my case i was give Thursday 5 Dec 2013 of which my car was towed to the premises and was received. i was advised i will be called back to advise on the diagnosis on the car it was discovered the had a mechanic fault as my fuse box needed to be replaced. the lady responsible for my car advised she will call me first thing in the morning and it did not happen as a result i had to call back to enquire what is going on. they told might have to be ordered in France but they will have to look around of which when i called to follow she advise there is part spotted in PE they are waiting on the some guy to call back and advise if it will be couriered. i am not happy as at least i expected a courtesy car till their logistics are sorted on their end as they are delaying and as now been advised for Monday will follow up still no guarantees i will have my car then because they will wait for some guy i have been citroen loyal customer for years now the service is not acceptable cause the delays are not my fault but their and always have to follow
