I sent my car in for service on the 19th of December for service and i advised the consulatnt attending to my car (Chetty) of the noise my car was making. When he called he advised that the water pump was cracked and that was to be replaced, i asked him how serious is the matter, he advised that its not that serious and will advise me. When i fetched the car He advised me to just make sure that Iput water in my car every morning and that will manage the proble till Ican bring it in. The carwas still making a noise. car broke down in nelspruit, the noise got louder and it had to be towed. I called Toyota and spoke to Dwayne who advised call me back, i should call them to advise what the machanic found the problem to be.
Ifaxed my qoute as requested by Kevin and he advised hed call back (He didnt) I called today (23/01/2014) to be asked what i want them to do. no one wants to take accountability and i was made to feel like i dont matter and im just bothering them. They lack emphathy and tact and are highly offensive. the worst customer experience ive ever had. ive never been treated with such little regard
