Citroen SA I am very disappointed with the service I have received particularly from your head office. My DS4 has a fault with electronic parking brake and on Monday 20/01/14 I took it my dealer citroen pinetown who advised that there is a part that needs to be ordered from France and they would arrange a courtesy vehicle for me (to be available at the most after two days). TO DATE I have not received that courtesy vehicle and my parking brake no longer holds. I am sure you appreciate the danger in this. I insisted on taking the vehicle to the dealer and they informed me (after giving me their car) that today 24 January I will receive a courtesy car. I have not received a call from anyone at citroens head office and I need to drive more than 60kms to return the dealers vehicle. I feel that my safety has been compromised as I was advised to keep my vehicle until I receive a call from head office. I have went as far as to call head office and speak to the lady handling my application to be told she is busy and will call me back!!! I am bitterly disappointed with the service you have provided and would like to categorically state that I refuse to suffer any further inconvenience.
