POOR SERVICE AT ITS WORST

CA 719604 Citroen vts 2007 model was at the Citroen CT loop street as from the 22 Jan till to date the car is in their possession for 11 days. I feel since the delay is on their side as the part is being ordered from France they should have given a courtesy car as the fault and delay with them. I own 2 Citroen and in JHB since there was a delays on their side. The consultant Warren does not keep me updated as he advised as per my telephonic he will call me at 11AM yesterday I even had to call him to follow up i left a message with the reception till to date there is nothing from him.
It totally unacceptable to inconvenienced like this even Monday is a probability the might finish with the car in the mean while my sister is being inconvenienced i authorised her to utilise the vehicle on my absence
