After numerous follow ups with VW, the below email was sent to Mr Haf 28/04/2013 to which no response was received.
I advised Karen Lodewyk on 12042013 that there was a on my car, not experienced before the service. She told me that a courtesy vehicle was not available that day, but promised to advise when one would become available, and I could bring the car in to be checked. No feedback was received by 19042013, so I called the dealership to follow up. Karen repeated the above story. On 22042013 I once again followed up and spoke to Terence (Customer service centre), advising that I have not received any feedback and that follow ups are only being done by me, and he said he would address this matter. Karen then called later the afternoon to advise that a courtesy vehicle would be available 24042013. I asked her to confirm with me, so that I wouldn't be bringing my car to the dealership, only to not have a courtesy vehicle available. No feedback received. On 25042013 I once again followed up with Terence and later received a call from him confirming that I should bring my car in by Friday, but no guarentee of courtesy car. Surely you know how many courtesy cars you have.
