POOR RESPONSE AND ILLOGICAL REASONING

I was not impressed with the response I received on a billing error that First Car Rental provided, the car was full even on photographic evidence provided which showed the needle past the full level. I then get a response from First Car Rental that they had to top up with 12 more litres. The Tiida's tank capacity is 52 litres, it doesnt make sense that a car with the tank capacity of a nissan Tiida of 52 litres, showing full when I filled up the tank, still allowed for another almost 20 -23% more fuel, it doesnt make sense at all. I really feel offended as a loyal customer of such a response. Tell that to someone else, I am not convinced. To top it up, I was charged for this after I was given a faulty car which I had to return back to you at my own expense and time as I had to top up the car with fuel coming all the way from town to the airport. I demand compensation and a refund on what I was overcharged.
