I took my car for service on the 24/10/2013
I had 3 booklets that I left in the car as instructed when booking for service which was the:-service book, maintenance book and car manual. I didn't check at the stage of receiving the car because my lunch break was already over. When I knock off I realized that there were only two booklets. I phoned Francois the next day 25/10/2013 who was not keen to help, he told me he only saw one booklet of which he stamped and put back in the car. The service book in my car is not stamped and the other booklet is missing. I tried to explain to him he probably stamped the maintenance book and forgot to put it back in the car. I then send his mananger-Buks my numbers via e-mail to call me. He called me and I explained the matter and he said he will investigate and come back to me. That never happened. I then send an e-mail to him again today 28/10/2013 to informing him that the matter is still not resolved. I feel Basil Green does not treat their clients fairly and equal. I want my book and I want them to stamp my service book as I don't have proof that my car was serviced by them.
