Lyndhurst Auto
Change of ownership

Cars & Transport

We bought a BMW 320D and Golf 5 from (BMW) Lyndhurst auto in June/July 2012.Initialy the BMW was bought as an extra car and wasn't used often. When we bought it we agreed to buy our own tyres so that roadworthy can be done, then change of ownership as well. Time went by and delay was on our side as the tyres were a bit expensive, we only bought tyres about two months ago. Our disc has expired in May& BMW is supposed to assist with Roadworthy& car registration. We previously spoke to Grant who has apparently left the company&he was meant to refer us to the testing station for car roadworthy test. Now that Grant is gone he referred us to David, we spoke to David on Tuesday 12th November 2013 who promised to provide us feedback& advised us to send him our query via email. No response from him for the rest of last week, on Monday 18th November 2013 we contacted him again and asked for feedback however he seemed to have no idea of what we talking about &he promised to get back to us by C.O.B Monday. BMW is a reputable company and it's just so frustrating to be receiving such appauling service. All I want is feedback to sort this problem out. Clearly this incompetent David cant assist me.
