Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
Extremely Bad Service

I contacted RAM Hand to Hand Couriers (who advertise a lot in the Media??) on Monday 25 November 2013 to arrange to have 2 very small parcels delivered, probably weighing less than 300 grams each! For these 2 very small 'parcels' I paid R279.56. The parcel for Kwa-Zulu natal was delivered yesterday, the parcel to Cape Town has still not been delivered. (Tomorrow is the 28th November).

I contacted Valencia, however was first put through to Verena, I had no joy trying to speak to her, I asked for the Manager, was told it is a Mr J C Preller, I left a message on his cell phone and phoned the office number again, Nicole, who put me on hold, as Mr Preller was 'busy' on a call. i held on for approximately 10 minutes, only to be told that he is unavailable? Nicole 'thinks' he is in a meeting.

I was then contacted by Valenica, and informed that i should have marked the parcel as Same day or next day... bit late now, to tell me this!!! I also expected, after paying that amount of money that same day or next day would be automatic!!!

I am totally disappointed and can definitely say that I would NEVER make use of RAM Hand to hand Couriers again!
