Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
GOODS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL!

On Thursday, we had 2 parcels to be delivered 'next day service' from Jhb to Dbn. We received a quotation and made the payment straight away and forwarded the proof of payment. Our customer HAD TO HAVE the parcel delivered on Friday as a large business opportunity was relying on this delivery. The parcels were collected at our premises in Benoni on Thursday and we thought seeing all was confirmed and paid the packages would arrive in Dbn the next day as instructed.

Our customer just informed me that the parcel never arrived! What pathetic service does RAM offer? No service at all it seems! We paid for a service with strict instructions and nothing was done! This now reflects poorly on our business, not even to mention our customer's business.

I am expecting a call from RAM.
