RAM - SHOCKING SERVICE - NEVER AGAIN!

Our company used them to deliver a very important tender document from cape Town to Pretoria.
The document was collected on Friday afternoon and was paid to be delivered by no later than 10h30 the next day, unfortunately this fell over a weekend so the document should have been delivered by 10h30 Monday morning. i then contacted the RAM office to find out if my document had been delivred - as it was a very time sensitive document - only to find out that my parcel had not even left Cape Town. The RAM office had not contacted me to let me know of any issues with the parcel, even though both my office and cell number were on the waybill they get you to sign. - so if i had not phoned the RAM office would my package have been forgotten. I was then promised on Monday afternoon after a long struggle to get through to the RAM office again, that my document would be at its destination by no later than 08h30 Tuesday morning - where this was already a slight problem as the tender has a cut off time.By 09h30 Tuesday morning, when i contacted the office no one knew anything of my parcel, and after phoning a second time i sat on hold for over half an hour to track my package. SERVICE = DISGUSTING!
