Disgusting and pathetic service!

I posted a package on the 25th for delivery on the 27th at 1pm. I paid the rate for an overnight express. Sadly, this urgent package was never delivered, I have received no feedback or explanation regarding the delivery. It's now 7pm and I am still waiting to receive my first call from Dawn Wing after my numerous calls to find out what has happened to the package.

On my 4th attempt I was transferred to their Durban branch and had the misfortune of dealing with an arrogant man who's vocabulary consists only of acronyms. Furthermore he blatantly, saying the package was delivered when it hasn't't been.

If ever you are thinking of using these people, DON'T! Save yourself the telephone expense and stress and use a reputable courier service.
