Poor response and lack of communication

I had an accident and my insurance used Europcar as the supplier for my rental car.

When getting the vehicle arranged, no correspondence was made to me by the rental company and I found out the day before nothing was done. I had the boksburg AND benoni branch calling me on the day of delivery, due to their lack of communication. The car was delivered later then the time as explained.

When the car was collected I was told I had damaged the car, and only after two calls by the rep collecting the vehicle apologising and saying the damage was there before hand!

The Invoice however, reflected a balance of delivery fee (which is included between 9am - 4pm is free, both of which were messed up on their side)
Fuel levy added, which I had paid for and complied with.

Added to this I have now received an admin fee of a fine which I am still awaiting proof of. I looked on the pay-fine system with nothing reflecting under my name.

Only the balance of the amount taken off of my account the standard procedure, and fuel has been refunded so far.

Yet I had called numerous times and emailed the debtors department only making contact on the 14 November 2013. This is still in process
