Horrible Service

I was in an accident on the 09 Oct 2013, my car has been at Proline since the 14 Oct 2013. Every week they say that it will take another week or so. They said my car would be ready today but no it is still in the assembly bay.
My hired car has already had to go back. They are never available. When i do get through they say that they will contact me, I am still waiting for all those calls. Every week i get another story why my car is not ready. I have a very strong feeling my car wont be ready by the end of the year.
