4 weeks for a SCRATCH!!!

When I took my car to Proline it was because they were recommended by my insurance broker and are Hyundai approved. To book the car in was a nightmare of back and forth and BEGGING for a date. I eventually had to get rude to get a response. This took approximately 3 weeks. Then once the car was in friends started to warn me, that they do not deliver on time, and excuses are the order of the day.

After an initial statement of 2 weeks (to repair a scratch by replacing of the bumper and light), my first phone call to the center (so much for the we will call you?!?!) I was told they had only just ordered the parts... only just ordered!!! Over the span of 3 weeks Aadiel (who is supposed to keep me informed of progress) has phoned me approximately twice. Every other time we spoke it was I who phoned him (oh and don't get me started on the mission it is to get someone on the phone over there!) After much begging (again) I am told the car will be ready the end of the week. When I phone to confirm I get told... no it'll be next week only.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH PROLINE - TRY HARDER!
