Sales person who is arrogant and totaly cruel

I saw parts I needed advertised on Gumtree with an indication that delivery is arranged and I inquired specifically about whether they will deliver to King Williams Town. I informed the man that I wanted to buy the bmw e90 facelift bonnet which was said to be available, then on the 29-10-2013 he sent the invoice and I paid the full amount of R2500 under his threats that he was letting the part to go and expected the delivery which he said would be done after the money cleared. After the money had cleared he started giving stories and a very bad and dirty attitude for someone who has paid for an item, until today after I have not received the item or perhaps the courtesy of being advised of the hold. What has instead happened was him telling me that they are not a courier company (in contrary to their AD's), eventually he told me that I should arranged for delivery myself which he also did not want to provide me with dimensions and weight of the item as required by courier company.
I think I have been robbed here by this man and his company, I need your assistance in dealing with them for the sake of other desparate buyers like me. I also want money now, cause Im no longer interest
