Re: Bad Service and bad attitude

We arranged for a delivery time in Greytown for 17 boxes weight of the goods 250kg's the delivery was supposed to be made a 1pm sharp as the first date was never met and it was re-arranged, the courier arrived at 4;30pm, we called the company and there representative asked us what our problem was and to stop hasseling them about the time of delivery, totally rude. the company also only sent the driver to offload the goods, so we had to asisst.
