Bidtrail is a! I want my money back!

After I joined what looked to be a legitimate one-cent auction site, BidTrail, I was very saddened to find that there really is nothing good I can say about it.

I made a few bids on a few items just to get used to the site and never won anything. But then on my birthday last year, I won myself a Pioneer 3D Blu-ray player. I paid for it and everything and then waited to be contacted regarding delivery.

Long story short: I was given the run around for WEEKS and in fact still have not received the item (it has now been months!). I heard all sorts of excuses from the item is out of stock to the company is on holiday, the courier company is not working during the festive season, it's on its way... I honestly am horrified. At some point one of the support staff asked if they could instead give me credits to the value of the item instead of them delivering it to me. Can someone please tell me what I am supposed to do with credits from a company I have just realised does not deliver anyway??? They eventually stopped answering my emails after their last promise to deliver the item two weeks ago. I honestly feel like I have wasted a tragic amount of time and money with this complany.
