No one Prepared to help with my Query

Mibco has staff who don't actually feel it is important to give the customer necessary feedback concerning their query, they keep taking my details saying they will check into it and I should call back within a week to find out if the query has been resolved. Mibco feels they have a say in what happens to the money in my pension fund, I have proof that I have joined and paid money into my new fund already. no matter if I am re employed in the motor industry I am not joined with the MIBCO Provident Fund and therefore when I made the choice to have my money paid out to me I should not be denied this.i demand feedback from mibco as to when my payment will take place.upon submitting my forms I was told that a sms will be sent to me if any problems do occur, 8 weeks later no sms from them accept the initiative I took to find out if everything was ok.just to find out they want to have a say in my money. Mibco is really quick to take our money but when payment needs to take place there is 10 000 stories as to why not.im the sole provider to my child and desperately need my money from MIBCO in order for me to provide for my child.i give MIBCO 1 Week to let me know when I can expect payment
