Incompetent staff, rude staff

I've been doing quite a few claims with Mibco and I have never ever spoken to a friendly person on the telephone that works for Mibco. They can never tell you if they've received your faxes, they never even let you finish your sentence before just putting you through to the next person that is also unable to assist you.
