Very bad service delivery

I have resigned from my company in december my last working date 21/12/2012 up until date i had to phone mibco every time to request how far are they with my funds first they told me in the beginning of march there is no termination date surely you read through a document and see that everything is fine like a broker and if something is missing you contact the company or the client to inform them after all what are company's are paying for or even the employee up until date they cant give me a straight answer stating how long my provident fund will still take unacceptable as some of us need's the funds in order to live
