Mibco doesn't seem to care about your needs if you submit your claim form you have to wait 3months or it expires but the holdup is with them they even transfer your money in to wrong accounts when you phone them they are rude to you everytime when you claim you submit a new bankstatement but they don update it the customer sirvice is poor they don't even want to pick up the phones
