They Took my car without my consent

Im writing this with shock and utter disgust.

Today i took my car to Moto lube (Parkmore) for major service. they quoted me and told me that i'd get my car by the end of the day. i kept on calling them because time was passing by without any updates from them.

they told me that they would call me as soon as they were finished with my car. i called them at 5pm and to my dismay they were not answering. i walked there only to find that they were CLOSED. they closed without giving me my car back!! how am i supposed to go back home. ANd why did they NOT call me like they promised to?

THEY ARE and i dont have MY car now because of them.
This is shocking.
