NO FEED BACK ON MAY WITHDRAWAL CLAIM BREAK DOWN

I resigned from my previous work in May 2013. I sent all my paperwork for withdrawal for my pension fund on the 03 of August, I got a Notification from my post office that it was delivered at the Mibco offices Randburg on the 07 of August 2013. It has been 2 weeks now with no reply! I Phoned Mibco Offices on the 16 of August to here if they have received my claim forms and if I may have a breakdown on were my pension is currently standing at were I spoke to a Michelle who was so rude and told me that they only go trough the forms next week and that they will send me an sms if they have received my forms, how pathetic!! 21 August I Phoned Mibco offices were i spoke to Thabang Bukana to here if they did receive my claim forms, he was so rude acc to him I must phone back in 3weeks time, how ridicules is that? they are quick to take your money but when it comes to service there is NONE!!! I asked Thabang to send me a breakdown of my pension fund, but NO reply, I send him an e-mail again today to witch I get a reply of: THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed Message will be retried for 2 more day (s)
