Pension funds

I resigned on the 28 of February 2013 and can't get any info on my pension funds from Mibco and it has been almost 3 months since any reply. I phoned them to find out what the response is on my payment and can't be notified when my funds will be available. The only response I could get from them is that I "must just wait" in a rude manner.
