Non delivery and handling of mail as bad

We had no problem in the past with delivery but lately it is pathetic. Mail is being dumped in three drawers and you complain then they scratch in these drawers and find something. I wish Postnet will send an inspection team. I have not received Multichoice programs for Oct or Nov for example. My wife is not receiving her accounts. If one complain then they just laugh as if it is funny. I have not received my Clicks magazines and points, stamp magazines, etc. I also expect that one will experience even badder delivery after this complaint. I warned them that I am going to post this on hello Peter. It is really a major problem but I suspect Postnet will ignore it.
