Very Slow Delivery

I sent goods via Postnet from JHB to CPT. 3 days later, the goods still hadn't arrived. When I checked the parcel tracking, the goods where only dispatched from JHB 2 days AFTER I had left them at the Postnet. When I contacted Postnet, I was redirected to Norwood, who hung up on me.
