My vehicle was booked in for a service on the 11.11.2013. I dropped off the car at 7.30 and gave the consultant a list of items they needed to fix on the car. At 11.00am they still had not even look at the car and it is only when I asked that I got a feedback that someone tried to get a hold of me, no missed call was registered on my phone. They did the service and I got the car back at 1.45. However, on the 16th of November my fan belt acted up again after Toyota charged me a substantial amount for the services rendered. The dan belt was supposedly fix as well. Keeping in mind how mush we pay for our cars is this really the service that people should expect from Toyota. This bad service is not the first time. The other bad exeperiences was reported and "head office" was going to investigate and nothing happened since. TOYOTA have to change their advertising to "" Service Guaranteed!!!
