Postnet Sa
DISGUSTED with Customer Service

Cars & Transport

On Thursday 19 December 2013 I arranged for a parcel to be sent to me over night, as it was urgent to have the item delivered ASAP. I was advised that I could pay R99 for normal delivery which would take 2 - 3 days or R155 for overnight (which as per Postnet's website advises "Delivery by 11am the next day")

I opted for the Overnight and paid the extra. Needless to say the parcel did not arrive.

When I got home on Friday evening, I called Postnet Potch and spoke to Ria and explained the situation. She very rudely told me that overnight does not mean the next day, when I objected to her explanation she VERY rudely put the phone down on me, whilst I was mid sentence. I called back and she answered again - as soon as I spoke she put the phone down on me again. I called back again twice and she ignored the calls and let it ring to voice mail. (Surely this is not how a company as big as Postnet allows their customers to be treated)

I was livid with Postnet - NOT only did my parcel not arrive "Overnight" but the attitude I was getting from Postnet was very off putting. Could someone a bit more clued up than "Rude Ria" please explain to me what OVERNIGHT means???

DISGUSTED!!!
