For the past 266 days I have been trying to get this matter put to bed. Postnet have tried passing me onto the South African Post Office, I still received no joy, so they then tried to pass me onto Royal Mail.

Royal Mail say that a claim needs to be made from the country of origin. Postnet obviously know very little when

I have lost count of how many emails that I have sent regarding this. Postnet were very quick to take the payment but haven't not provided a satisfactory service when its all gone wrong.

My emails are not dealt with promptly and sometimes ignored until I take the time to email again and request a response.
